Returns and Exchanges

Atomic Threads' policies on returns and exchanges are detailed below. Please read this information carefully and then submit your request for a return or exchange using the Returns Request Form (available in your members area).

Our customer service team will review your request and email you to request any further information or to issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number.

For your protection, Atomic Threads recommends that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of a return is more than £50. In all cases, we recommend that you obtain proof of postage.

We will notify you via email when we have processed your return - this may take up to five working days.

7-Day Returns Guarantee

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with an item purchased from atomicthreads.co.uk, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received it to receive a full refund (including postage costs).

Items should be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Upon receipt of the item(s) in this state, we will then issue a full refund for the price paid.

Return Requests

We are happy to complete a return for any item purchased from atomicthreads.co.uk. Items must be returned to us in their original condition within 30 days of the date you received it to receive a refund (please note that if this is not within the 7-Day Returns Guarantee period, refunds will not include postage costs). Items should be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Upon receipt of the item(s) in this state, we will then issue a refund for the price paid.

Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, there will be no need to return it to us if you send us images of the problem. Please contact us about any such issues as quickly as you can. In the case of damaged or defective products, we are happy to arrange for either a refund or a replacement.

Exchanging Items

We are happy to complete an exchange on any item for a product of equal or lesser value. Where a price difference exists, we will complete a refund for this difference. We request that customers confirm the details of the product type, colour, size and design that they wish to exchange their product for.

If the item that you wish to exchange for is a higher price than your original item, you will need to complete a return/refund on the original item and place a new order for your replacement item.
